To order, click on the BUY button below to
printout your order form. Then follow these simple steps for each
photo you send:
- Send us your favorite photo(s)
(wallet size to 8" x 10")
- Place a post-it note on the back of each
photo with the following information:
- Write the design item #
- Choose T-shirt or Sweatshirt
- Indicate the Size:
- Adult S, M. L, XL or XXL)
- Child 2-4 T-shirts Only, S(6-8), M (10-12)
L (14-16)
- Infant (up to 12 months)
The same photo can be used for multiple shirts and
designs. All photos are returned with the finished product.
Please indicate the design number and either the letter
"T" for Tee-shirt or "S" for Sweatshirt on the
